What are the Sattvik ways- besides following dharma, doing Sadhana, Seva etc

Sattva means purity. Purity in thoughts, speech and action. Gurudev says the best form of worship is to be happy. Just spread happiness. Lighten up people’s moods. Spread positivity. Be a good listener and listen to people and encourage them. Listen to light music and songs. Just whatever you can do to calm your mind and others is a good service. Gurudev also says when everything is going fine, any fool can smile. But when things around us is falling apart, if we can keep a smile, then we are in Art of Living
