negative emotions but still it exists. How can I come out of this? (Off course I am better when compared to few years back)
Answer: Surrendering is not an action, it’s a happening. Take a breath and hold. How long can you hold? At one point of time, you have to let go. That letting go is a happening. In one of the Satsangs, somebody asked Gurudev. “Guruji how much should I do and how much will you take care? Gurudev Replied: You do 100% and I'll take care 100%. You have to take responsibility for your negative emotions and when you cannot hold onto it any further, you surrender to the Guru. Have you identified these patterns of negative emotions, have you taken sufficient steps towards overcoming these habits/ patterns, have you used your skills and done all that is possible/best from your side? Then when you cannot hold onto it any further, you will let go/surrender. No prayer will go unheard. It might get delayed but is never denied. HE says, I will make you feel like you are falling off, but I will never let you down. Have faith and patience.
