Can you tell me the steps to send blessings?
Answer: Migraines are one sided headache and can get very severe. There are many yoga poses specific to reducing migraine that one can follow. Taking warm food, vata pacifying foods also helps. Regular practice of Sudarshan Kriya and Sahaj Meditation has helped many come out of migraine. One can inhale the flames of nilgiri ( eucalyptus) oil in warm water. Jala Neti ( cleansing the nostrils and the nerves with warm salted water) is very helpful ( taught in our Sri Sri Yoga level 2).
One of the criteria for a blessing to work is to be absolutely contented from within. Our grandparents blessings always worked for us as they had no lack in life. They were contented from within with whatever they had. Let me tell you a story. There was a Devi in North India called Sheetala Devi. Her vehicle was donkey. People used to go to her temple to seek blessings. One day, a boy came to her and asked her to bless him with a horse. The Devi replied saying if she had a horse why would she ride on a donkey! So if you are in a sense of lack, that blessings probably wont work. When people came to you, remember Gurudev and with all your heart and right intention just bless them, just wish them good in whatever they want in life.
