have chronic anxiety issues . What are the ways to reduce ?





Answer: To deal with Anxiety, breathing and meditation is the key. Pregnant women should spend more time in a clam environment - listening to light flute music, meditating, listening to knowledge. Then once they deliver they can practice straw paranayam, also inhaling for count of 4 holding for 4 and slowly exhaling for a count of 6 will greatly help. Ujjayi breathing also reduces stress and anxiety.

Talking in sleep is a way to get rid of stress. She can practice paranayam and meditation too. Light flute music will definitely help. You can keep “ Om Namah Shivaya” running through the day in the room. This will greatly alter the vibrations.

“ Narayana Kalpa” is a great medicinal tablet for anxiety/ depression and stress. Please consult a Sri Sri Ayurvedic doctor. It has greatly helped me calm my mind when I was going through health issues.
