I want to think less and control my thoughts! How can I do that , how can I control my mind?

To think less, get into action. Stay active. The more idle you stay, the more your thoughts bother you. Get busy. To have a say over your thoughts/mind, get into yoga, pranayama, breathing and meditation. With awareness and devotion, you can make your mind your best friend. With no knowledge, yoga, seva, devotion, mind spins out of control and can be your worst enemy
