How should I measure failure in a professional and personal way?

1. Personal success: How much knowledge did you gain? How much love did you give? How many people you helped in need?

2. Professional Success: Look back at your experience and see how you managed bad times. Anybody can smile and be confident when things go their way. When everything fell apart during bad times, when life rubbed your nose on the ground, did you still feel confident that you could bounce back? Did you still smile and walk with your head held high?

Those are the only parameters of success that matter when old age hits you. Its not your bank account, mansions or cars. Believe me!
