Every day what we have to do if we want to be physically and mentally healthy. How to increase.....

mental and physical strength during this lock down period?




Do yoga and walk around the house. Help in household work.

1. Meditate twice a day with Gurudev.

2. Gurudev also gives knowledge bytes every day in youtube at 8:30 . I find it very very useful

3. Spend time with family, have food together, have fun , get creative, cook new dishes, sing together.

4. This is the time to go inwards. Gurudev says, if you get bored of your company, how much boring will you be for others? Rest well and then we can be dynamic later. We are not dynamic because we don’t know how to rest our mind.

5. We have taken life for granted running frantically, without knowing where we are going.

6. There is a story on Mullah Nazruddin. He was riding a horse and the horse was galloping and speeding. Somebody asked mullah where he was going. Mulla said “ I don’t know, ask the horse”. So reflect on your own life. We end up doing things without knowing whether we actually want it .

7. Life will not be same post this aftermath. Reflect, recuperate, rejuvenate.

8. One big lesson is our Viveka gets stronger- Sense of discrimination. From now, we will know what to spend and give more importance vs what not to give.
