During quarantine, I am doing all possible work like improving my hobbies,help mom but still I have.

that boredom feeling....please guide me.





Gurudev said that this lockdown period is a great opportunity to rest well, recuperate, introspect and see things from a different perspective. Try to learn new languages - 10 lines of a new language everyday, read one page of Yoga Vashista and other knowledge, Try new recipes - North Indian one day, Italian one day etc, Learn singing. Get your family to sing bhajans, online/offline antakshari, learn yoga - different postures for different health condition, like for BP, Diabities. Go deep in meditation, there is no end to learning. Over internet and online there are so many useful things you can do. Get yourself busy. If you don’t know how to rest well, you will not know how to be dynamic.
